We have been using DMT Sports Media for various requirements for a number of years. In 2015 Dean offered us a Social Media Management service, we are so pleased we took the option up. Dean posts anything we ask him to do and he generates activity amongst our competitor and fan base by constantly keeping our page active and relevant. We have seen an increase in dual registered competitors joining us and an increase in Blue Ribbon events for our divisions.

Dean has been providing written media for us for a few seasons. One of the reasons we decided to outsource the written media was that it removed internal bias from anything that we needed to write. DMT Sports Media is very approachable and outside of the work they do for us, have become a friend of our club, we enjoy our relationship professionally and socially.

We have been involved with Dean for around six years thus far. As soon as he started doing work for Justin Drew (his first client) we were seeing the impact immediately. Dean has had our team in our local newspaper numerous times and he has been directly involved in communicating with our potential sponsors explaining to them what I couldn’t express in my own words to put us in a positive light. This secured a VE Commodore for us from Holden and a long term relationship with Drouin Family Hotel that we have renewed every year since. I couldn’t speak highly enough of his work and the good he brings to the sport and I recommend DMT Sports Media all the time.

SDAV Hot Rods

We wanted a press media person to get our news out to people. Importantly to us we wanted an impartial writer. Whilst Dean has had friendships with various drivers more than others we have all come to be impressed by his work and he has shown no favouritism to any one driver and ensures that we all get a mention every media release he does. Whether we finish last or didn’t even get our car off the trailer our names will be in his articles. Through the articles he sends to everybody our class has been mentioned in Inside Speedway, Totally Speedway, Peter Whites Speedway World and local newspapers where some of our drivers live. It is a healthy investment because it keeps the magazines informed of how we are going in the SDAV.

We have been using DMT Sports Media for announcing and written media. Our local newspaper has directly contacted our President to say how easy and professional it is to deal with DMT Sports Media, this has directly resulted in increased exposure in local media. Our fans get involved when DMT Sports Media’s best announcers encourage crowd participation, it has really assisted along with what we are doing and changing at our club to a much more fun night of entertainment for our spectators.

We involved Dean in our activities for the start of the 2010 season because we have seen the work he has done for everybody else. His work is consistently in magazines, newspapers and online in the media world and when we got him involved to help us promote the NSW Late Model Sedan title and the 2011 Australian Production Sedan title events at our track we discovered he is a great idea’s man and he has given us idea’s we can use to find sponsorship for our big events. Idea’s we hadn’t thought of. It has already paid off and we have already started the work we need to in order to be a success.

Dean is a vital part of the team. He may not turn a spanner on our car or tune the engine however we have been with him for nearly 7 years and we consistently get feedback from our sponsors that they love knowing what is going on. Since we formed a partnership we have leapt from 7 sponsors to around 20+ and the best part is that each year when we go back to the sponsors to ask if they wish to be onboard for the following season, I don’t have to tell them how we went because through Dean’s work they already know. We even have Dean communicate with a potential sponsor each season just prior to the Australian title to secure us a deal that will cover costs. We couldn’t be happier.
